Here is another perfect early autumn morning in the Outer Banks. The water is warm and clear. The smooth and rhythmic energy of the ocean at this low tide creates perfectly shaped waves. Tidal pools form creating a rich picnic of mole crabs and other small creatures for the birds on the uncrowded beach.
